What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields (with interest/skills in marketing and communications)
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, investor relations, or business strategy
• Interest in real estate, hospitality, or investment markets
• Solid understanding of key metrics (NOI, IRR, valuations, market trends)
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear, audience-friendly content
• Strong writing skills, visual communication abilities (Canva or similar), and a proactive, business-driven mindset
What you’ll do:
• Design and execute marketing strategies to promote our investment projects and strengthen brand positioning
• Translate financial and market data into clear, high-impact content for investors and stakeholders
• Conduct sector analysis and identify trends in the U.S. hospitality and real estate markets
• Develop investor decks, reports, newsletters, and commercial materials aligned with our brand
• Track marketing performance and propose improvements based on data
• Act as a link between the business, investor relations, and marketing functions
