ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT | Fund Administration Support

***What You'll Be Banking (Salary)

***What You'll Be Rocking (Job description):
• Perform account reconciliations and other recurring accounting activities
• Prepare supporting schedules, workpapers, and backup documentation
• Record accounting transactions and maintain financial records
• Assist with month-end reporting and other recurring deliverables
• Support audit requests and internal reporting requirements
• Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation
• Follow established procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

*** What You Need to Bring to the Stage (Qualifications Required):
• Written/Reading English: Intermediate level equivalent to B1; must be able to read English instructions clearly and write professional, accurate responses
• Spoken English: basic conversational English is preferred, but not required for daily tasks; no high-pressure verbal fluency is required
• Use of translation tools and AI assistants is acceptable and encouraged when needed
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Recently graduated with up to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• High proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail
• Quick learning ability to work with new systems, templates, and operational procedures
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow recurring checklists and standardized procedures
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage several recurring tasks at the same time
• Individual who takes initiative, asks questions when needed, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
• QuickBooks knowledge is preferable
