We are seeking a Senior Product Development professional with strong experience in end-to-end product development, focused on hospitality and furniture projects. This role is responsible for leading the full development cycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring high standards of quality, functionality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in site supervision, quality control, technical drawing development, and managing quotation and procurement processes. This position also plays a key role in the creation of models and prototypes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or furniture development.
- Proven experience in hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience in developing technical drawings, models, and prototypes.
- Experience in site supervision and quality control.
- Experience managing quotations and procurement processes.
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
