We’re Hiring: Travel Trade Executive | CWW Mexico

CWW Mexico, the leading destination marketing and public relations agency in Mexico, is looking for a Travel Trade Executive to drive measurable growth for some of the world’s most exciting destinations.
This is not a coordination role. This is a results-driven, decision-making position for professionals who know how to influence the travel trade and turn relationships into revenue.

• Understands how tour operators, wholesalers, airlines, and travel advisors make decisions
• Takes ownership, leads conversations, and delivers outcomes

What You’ll Do
• Lead travel trade strategies to grow awareness, distribution, and sales in the Mexican market
• Build and manage high-impact relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, airlines, and key trade partners
• Execute trade activities: trainings, sales calls, roadshows, FAM trips, and industry events
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights and clear recommendations
• Own timelines, budgets, execution, and results across multiple accounts
• Track KPIs and performance metrics, preparing clear, executive-level reports
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, digital, and creative teams to maximize impact
• Represent destinations and CWW Mexico at key industry events (Mexico & international)

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in travel trade, destination marketing, or tourism (agency or tourism board experience preferred)
• Proven ability to generate results through trade engagement
• Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent organization, negotiation, and prioritization abilities
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; CRM and reporting tools are a plus
• Valid passport and U.S. visa
