As a Software Intern, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at Deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an Analyst. 
They like to take a systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approach to the design and development of end-to-end products/applications. They are seen as builders and innovators. As part of Americas Delivery Mexico, they are part of a cohort of Mexico and US-based software engineers, with a distinct cultural construct, collaboration platform, developer tools, autonomy, firm processes, etc.

Requirements:
Graduated between winter 2025 and summer 2026
Advanced English level
Full-time availability 9:00 – 18:00
Located in Guadalajara or Queretaro
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics, Biomedics, or other Engineering Programs.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Cloud platforms
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Programming language knowledge: Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, HTML, or object-oriented programming.
Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills

El programa de internship tiene una duración de 3 meses aproximadamente, en tiempo completo; en los cuales los integrantes de este programa perciben 11,000 brutos. Sin embargo, al finalizar de este periodo tienen un ascenso y un incremento salarial a 25,000 brutos y los chicos se integrarían a uno de nuestros equipos. (en caso de que queden seleccionados)
