Who You Are

• You’re a multitasking wizard who thrives in fast-paced environments. You can plan an event, manage a media plan, create a PowerPoint deck, and confirm a DJ for tomorrow’s cocktail — all before your second cup of coffee. You’re fluent in both English and Spanish, detail-obsessed, endlessly curious, and deeply organized. People trust you because you get things DONE.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute high-impact events (from a cup of tea, to amazing cocktail receptions).
• Support marketing campaigns for global destinations.
• Manage timelines, logistics, budgets, and vendors with ninja-like precision.
• Keep clients and internal teams updated (and calm!) throughout each project.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategic teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports that show off your success.
• Brainstorm and pitch bold ideas — yes, we want your creativity.
• You will be based in Mexico City but make sure your passport and US Visa are valid!

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, tourism or PR (agency or tourism board experience = a big plus!) we need a fast learner!!!
• Advanced written and spoken English & Spanish.
• Rock-solid organizational skills.
• Experience juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines (and loving it).
• A flair for aesthetics, storytelling, and crafting moments people remember.
• A people-person mindset — you’re great with clients, vendors, and colleagues alike.
• Bonus points if you’re an Excel + Canva + Adobe + PowerPoint pro.
