Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Proven experience in similar roles
Good command of administrative and financial tools
Excellent communication skills and results-oriented
English
What You Will Do

Bank reconciliations
Electronic banking management
Tax payments (ISN, IMSS, RTP)
Bank transfers
Preparation of administrative reports
Preparation of financial statements
Accounts receivable and payable management
Invoicing
ERP system usage and management
Customer service (email and WhatsApp)
Operational problem-solving
Communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

**Salary:** $18,000–$22,000 MXN net per month
