JR Customer Service associate in supply chain.

Position overview

Takes care of customers & their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer. Pursues timely communication, shipment and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit and PSRA. Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities
Takes care of customers & their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer.
Receipt of customer orders (e-mail / Customer portal / EDI/ phone) and order entry in respective ERP System (SAP / Customer portal)
Follow up on customer order, independent negotiations with customers concerning order details (delivery date, quantity, partial deliveries)
Catching hold of customer complaints, find and establish solutions once complaint is Customer Service related
Pursues timely communication, shipment and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit and PSRA.
Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.
Handling of consignment stocks incl. VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).

Required skills and experience
1 year experience in Customer Service within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment.
Strong Customer Focus.
Problem solving mindset.
Good knowledge of Standard Office Software.
Resourceful with a good sense of initiative.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
100% proficient in English.
