About the job:
To provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Account Management teams, assisting in quotation processes, information management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. This role is designed to develop foundational knowledge in international logistics while supporting commercial activities and improving client service efficiency.

- Support the Sales team and Account Associates in preparing and organizing quotations.
- Request rates and information from agents, carriers, and suppliers under supervision.
- Assist in reviewing contract rates and maintaining updated pricing information.
- Support follow-ups on quotations and basic client requests.
- Download, upload, and update files and information in internal systems (e.g., Logiware).
- Maintain organized records of quotations, providers, and client information.
- Support weekly and monthly administrative tasks related to sales accounts.
- Assist in communication with international agents, carriers, and service providers.
- Support coordination with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer service).
- Follow up with suppliers when information or quotations are pending.
- Gain hands-on exposure to international logistics processes (air, ocean, land, and rail).
- Learn basic shipment documentation and logistics terminology.
- Participate in onboarding, internal trainings, and selected marketing or commercial initiatives.
- Stay updated on logistics industry basics, standards, and regulations.
