Jeeves is looking for a motivated, highly organized accounting intern (parti time) to collaborate with our Latam Finance Team.
Location: Mexico City #Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
● Prepare reconciliations of relevant assets and liabilities accounts.
● Download and prepare reports on the operation of the company's products.
● Provide and deliver information to the third parties.
● Support in automation projects and improvement of accounting processes.
● Follow-up to billing processes.
● Prepare internal reports for analysis.
Requirements:
● Strong analytical skills (experience reviewing documentation).
● Last-semesters of Accounting
● Advanced excel skills
● Ability to handle repetitive, highly administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office.
● Proficiency in the use and management of Artificial Intelligence tools.
● Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate and analyze the best outcome)
● Fluency in English is required.
