At Uplift Talent, we are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Accountant to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:
*Advanced English (in the finance field).
*2 years of experience in a similar role.
*Experience in accounting for U.S.
*Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
*Expertise in financial reporting .
*Advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, costs, inventories, and revenue recognition.
*Lead budgeting and financial forecasting, reporting deviations.
*Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
*Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
*Develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with the Finance team on reports and special projects.

Work location: Colonia Ladrón de Guevara.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
