Core Responsibilities:
• Review of balances between intercompany accounts.
• Review of purchase orders, invoices, and accounting records.
• Skills in automation and process improvement.
• Skills in Excel, macros, Power Automate, and Visual Basic (desirable)
• Analyze, reconcile, follow up and clear old items with affiliates (mainly US 0450 side)
• Send payment remittance to affiliates or AR team as requested during the month and at
month end close.


Qualified candidates will have:
• Be studying to get bachelor’s degree in accounting, it is necessary to have at least 6
months of study left.
• Strong English required.
• Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Word, Power
Point, etc.).
