Jeeves is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Payroll Intern to join our Global Payroll team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the complexities of international payroll processing, compliance, and best practices. The intern will work closely with experienced payroll professionals, contributing to the accurate and timely payment of our global workforce. Responsabilities:
Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees in various countries, under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the collection and verification of payroll-related data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
Assist in the calculation of wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Help to ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for review.
Support the maintenance of accurate payroll records and documentation.
Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees
Contribute to projects aimed at improving payroll processes and efficiency.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Global Payroll team.

Part Time: 6 hours daily

Mainly remote with occasional visits to the office located in: Pl. Villa de Madrid 1, Roma Nte., Cuauhtémoc, 06700 Ciudad de México, CDMX
