Finance Intern | P&G Guadalajara
Location: Zapopan, Jalisco (Guadalajara)
Type: Part-time Internship (Flexible hours)
Duration: 12–18 Months
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Monthly Salary: $9,000 – $18,000 MXN (Gross, based on hours worked)
The Role
Kickstart your career with a global leader. As a Finance & Accounting (F&A) Intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines—you will own key projects from Day 1. You will support the analysis, planning, and organization of economic resources to maximize P&G’s profitability and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Support the planning and organization of resources to drive business growth.
Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and propose strategic, data-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams on continuous improvement projects.
Project Ownership: Manage business responsibilities and contribute to real-world financial modeling.

Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics).
Graduation Window: Must be graduating between June 2027 and December 2027.
Location: Reside in Guadalajara and be able to work in Zapopan.
Skills: * Advanced English proficiency (will be evaluated).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Interest in financial modeling, negotiations, and accounting.
Mindset: Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving "can-do" attitude.
