INNOVATION & MARKET INTELLIGENCE MANAGER
OBJETIVE
We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Market Intelligence Manager (Senior) to lead data-driven decision making across the organization.
This role is responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, connecting market trends, consumer behavior, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes.
You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, bridging analytics, operations, and strategy..
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Lead the development of dashboards, performance tracking, and advanced analytical models
Integrate financial, commercial, and operational data into a unified view of the business
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep data analysis
Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability of BI solutions
Market Intelligence & Insights
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Generate actionable insights to guide commercial and strategic decisions
Identify growth opportunities, white spaces, and category trends
Leverage tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, and industry databases
Strategic Planning & Decision Support
Support leadership in strategic planning and business reviews
Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and product initiatives
Build business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy development
Provide fact-based recommendations to senior leadership
Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
Influence key decisions across commercial, operations, and product strategy
Operational Insights
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve performance
Analyze key drivers of revenue, profitability, and efficiency
Identify gaps and propose data-backed improvements
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop the BI / Market Intelligence team
Define methodologies, tools, and best practices in analytics
Promote a data-driven culture across the organization
Analyze key drivers of revenue, cost, and operational performance
Identify improvement opportunities and track impact of initiatives
Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives
Financial Analysis & ROI Management
Evaluate business initiatives through ROI, profitability, and investment analysis
Build business cases for new products, markets, and strategic initiatives
Partner with Finance to assess margins, cost structures, and value drivers
Develop scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making
REQUIREMENTS:
Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración o afín.
+7 years in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Market Intelligence, or Analytics
Strong experience working with both strategic and operational data
Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
Experience in cross-functional environments (Commercial, Ops, Finance)
Advanced English
Data analysis & visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
