Who We Are:

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Legal Manager to join our team! If you love contracts, negotiations, and making sure everything is legally solid while working in a dynamic and exciting environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, strategic commercial alliances, and other key legal documents.

2. Make sure all our contracts and operations are in line with regulations.

3. Spot and minimize legal risks in business deals.

4. Advise different teams on legal and compliance matters (we love teamwork!).

5. Handle any legal disputes or issues that may come up.

6. Keep our legal processes up to date as laws evolve.


What We’re Looking For:

1. Law degree (with professional license).

2. At least 5 years of experience in corporate, financial, or commercial law.

3. Solid knowledge of credit agreements and strategic alliances.

4. Experience in negotiation and risk management.

5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

6. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
