What We’re Looking For:
Advanced English proficiency, specifically in financial contexts.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
Proven experience managing U.S. accounting operations. This is a must
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).


Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting processes including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, inventory, and revenue recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations (US-based)
Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Partner with the Finance team on audits, special projects, and process improvements.

Requirements:
2+ years of accounting operations for U.S.-based entities (Required)
Advanced English for finance communication (MUST HAVE)
3+ years of experience with US GAAP
2+ years working with IFRS
1+ year managing U.S. financial operations
