The Financial Analyst will review and register the investment expenses in SAP of the construction company, ensuring the providers of the construction company include all the information required by the government (SIROC, IMSS, reports), supporting the Finance Director with regular activities like phone call, agenda and activities of the Finance area.
Education and Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Two years’ experience in the accounting or administrative area, supervising external providers.
• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, Accounting Systems and reconciliations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions, specializing in payments to construction companies, ensuring compliance with strict internal control policies and governmental/fiscal requirements.
Execute payment generation and programming, including processing advances, reviewing expense details, and ensuring all payments are properly authorized by the designated approvers.
Maintain regulatory compliance by performing weekly revisions and reconciliations (purging/compensation) of construction company accounts and preparing monthly ledger entries.
Ensure third-party information integrity by regularly updating the provider portal and reviewing construction details to comply with government regulations (IMSS, Infonavit, SAT, etc.).
Provide dedicated executive administrative support to the Finance Director, including managing their professional calendar/agenda, scheduling professional development, and handling necessary arrangements for internal meetings (meals, breakfasts).
