(2) Investment Analyst (Trainee)
Job Description:
Tempest is looking for one (or two) exceptional individual(s) to join our 2025 analyst cohort to mold into an extraordinary investment professional. We are only interested in talking to individuals that are passionate about investing, naturally inquisitive, and have a deep-rooted commitment to helping build great companies.
You will work alongside and receive mentorship within one of the most respected private equity boutiques in the country. You will learn quickly and be given as many challenges and empowerment as you can handle. As we grow and raise capital, you will participate in both advisory work, structure singles deal transactions, as well as support fund raising efforts.

Seeking resilient team players with a strong work ethic, and unimpeachable ethical standards. Passionate, self-motivated. and disciplined in whatever task they chose to pursue. This will be evidenced through the constant pursuit of challenges, be it academically, personally, endurance sports, or other facets of their lives.

Experience:
Pre-experience level. Top academic performers are encouraged to apply.
Education:
Graduated in 2024, or completing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Quantitative field within 18 months.
Looking for top academic performers (+8.5 or equivalent). Please include your grade point average and extracurricular activities.
Certifications:
CFA Level I candidates will be viewed positively.
