The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the online space and digital marketing trends. A proven track record in online sales or business development, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also essential requirements. Additionally, knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media advertising and email marketing, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify potential Sellers and markets for the company's products or services, specifically within the online way
Build relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential sellers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders in the online space to generate leads and drive business growth.
Create compelling content: Develop high-quality and relevant content that will attract potential customers and provide value to them.
Capture leads: Use lead capture forms or other tactics to capture the contact information of potential sellers who have shown interest in the business and Collect all required information to complete the onboard program;
Guide the new sellers through the first steps at SHEIN: from detailed SKU review to launching their first products online.


Qualifications:

Full graduation;
Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs;
Microsoft Excel domain;
Advanced English is mandatory
