Description

Program Requirements:

Schooling: Active students from the 4th to the 5th semester of the Economics, Finance, Accounting or related career.

*Non-graduates, must have courses enrolled by May 2027*

English: Intermediate

Excel: Basic/Intermediate

Skills: Assertive communication, attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, responsibility, proactivity, organization.

Skills: Excel, Microsoft Office Suite

Activities:

•Accounts Payable Support

•Support in the review and monitoring of supplier invoices and payment status

•Follow up with the centralized AP team to ensure timely processing

•Maintain controls of outstanding invoices, approvals, and payment confirmations

•Support in basic reconciliations of supplier accounts and identification of variances

•Handle basic supplier inquiries under supervision

•Accounting Operations and Monthly Closing

•Support in the preparation of accounting policies and basic provisions

•Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules

•Organize accounting documentation for audits and internal reviews

•Monitor open items in accounting accounts and escalate discrepancies.

•Fixed Asset Management (Vehicle Fleet)

•Support in the control and administration of vehicles assigned to employees

We offer:

Monthly scholarship: $8,500 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Probability of expedited school procedures

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm / Flexible hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (hybrid)

Program period: 12 months
