Key Activities:
Typical duties include evaluating portfolio metrics, support in financial analysis, underwriting, market research,
preparation of presentations and memorandum materials.
Qualifications:
• Interest in the Real Estate industry
• Knowledge of cash flow modeling using Excel. Any knowledge for Argus will be considered a plus.
• Communication skills required to interface with internal team in Mexico, Miami and New York, outside
consultants, brokers, partners, construction professionals, etc.
• Proficiency in procuring, analyzing and synthesizing market research
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Studying a bachelor’s degree with a major in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering
• Studying the preferred bachelor’s degree with a graduating date of at least a year
• Any relevant work experience is preferred
• Fluent in English
