Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong administrative and executive assistance skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry and documentation
- Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1 level - Advanced English)
- Must be based in Guadalajara or nearby areas for in-office work
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 months experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with administrative needs
- Assist with legal documentation tasks (non-litigation related)
- Schedule and confirm appointments for US lawyers
- Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents
- Provide timely updates to customers
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, and chat channels
- Manage appointment schedules and generate new leads
