Job Description:
Job Family Definition:
Support the documentation process and related tasks as required, through the input of data into core operating systems, obtain and validate information from multiple sources, generate and send documentation to end user customers, interact with Customer and Suppliers in support of the Originations process, answer questions and inquires as they arise from end user Customers and suppliers. Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on process status updates. Conduct reconciliation tasks and other analysis to ensure documentation being generated are following internal Policies and Guidelines as well as end user customer’s requirements. Complete tasks within assigned time frames and escalate any issues to internal stakeholders as identified.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
THIS ROLE IS FOR A RECENT GRADUATE CANDIDATE YOU SHOULD BE GRADUATED IN 2025.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics and/or 1-2 years related experience in Financial Services or related industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong Writing/Correspondence skills
Fluent in English; both written and verbal
