As a Product-Led Growth (PLG) company, our product is our strongest growth engine. We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Growth Manager to own the strategy and execution that help us scale heru.
Your mission
Your primary mission is to be the strategic leader and owner of heru's end-to-end user growth. You will define, lead, and execute the Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine for the company. Your primary goal is to lead the strategy in partnership with our vertical leads (Product, Tech, Sales) to meet our revenue goals. Your three principal KPIs are:
1. Increasing the number of sign-ups
2. Improving core product conversion rates
3. Boosting long-term user retention
Key Responsibilities & Execution
● Own the full acquisition funnel: traffic, conversion, activation, and early retention.
● Develop and manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, etc.), measuring performance and attribution.
● Design, prioritize, and run experiments across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels using the Lean Experiment Loop (hypothesize → test → learn → iterate).
● Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, pricing pages, and trial conversion rates.
● Develop a clear experimentation roadmap and quarterly growth OKRs.
● Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve funnel conversion rates and user experience.
● Build dashboards to visualize funnel performance and share actionable insights with leadership.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
● 4+ years in growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles within B2C SaaS, marketplace, or subscription products.
● SQL Mastery: Ability to write complex queries for analysis and segmentation.
● Execution Focus: Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage simultaneous projects, and drive initiatives from concept to measured impact.
● General understanding of performance marketing (PPC, paid social, remarketing) and CRO.
● Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL).
● Experience building and scaling user acquisition funnels from early to growth stage.
● Data-driven mindset, with experience running and interpreting growth experiments.
● Strong understanding of Jobs-to-Be-Done and user behavior analysis.
● Familiarity with Lean Startup, Running Lean, or Testing Business Ideas methodologies.
Preferred
● Experience in freemium or trial-to-paid conversion optimization.
● Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app).
● Comfortable with no-code and automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Airtable, Webflow).
● Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product and data teams.
