The Legal Intern will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of legal experts and business professionals. This position is an opportunity to gain real-world legal experience, sharpen research and drafting skills, and contribute to the operations and legal of the company.
What will you do:
• Support the review and organization of legal files.
• Draft basic legal and general documents.
• Collaborate in the management and digitalization of legal files.
• Realize administrative legal tasks.
• Participate in procedures with notaries and public officials.
• Assist senior legal advisors in document preparation and case summaries.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with fiscal and transfer pricing areas.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Currently pursuing the final semesters or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactivity, initiative, and adaptability to dynamic tasks.
• Legal research and writing abilities.
• Analytical and logical reasoning.
• Office 360 experience
• Basic knowledge of corporate, civil, and/or commercial law is nice to have.
