Location: Mar Amarillo 1484, Country Club, 44610 Guadalajara, Jal.
As a Business Excellence Intern, you will join a dynamic team to provide operational support on key projects. This position is a new addition to the team and will allow you to develop professionally within the company. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in real projects with a measurable impact on the business.
What will you do:
• Support the team in data collection and analysis.
• Create process maps (flowcharts) using tools like Lucidchart.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Integrate new information and documents into client files.
• Collaborate with other internal areas on joint projects.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Currently a student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of process mapping tools (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Nice to have).
• Basic understanding of business concepts such as strategy, finance, operations, and organization (Nice to have).

Schedule: Half Time., between 4 and 5 daily hours.
