This position is accountable for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Element, as well as driving the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions.
Responsabilities
Accountable for developing and implementing the full cycle of the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions. Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent.
Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to support current and future hiring needs.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, OCC, internal systems) to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support hiring managers in selection decisions by providing structured feedback and candidate evaluations.
Track and report recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Build and maintain relationships with external talent pools, universities, and professional networks.
Plan recruitment events such as career fairs and networking sessions to enhance employer branding.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
Budget and Client Accountability
Responsible for tracking and managing KPIs to ensure strong visibility and performance of the Talent Acquisition function.
Owns the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from intake to offer acceptance.
Accountable for attracting and hiring top talent aligned with Element’s business needs.
Build and maintain trust with clients through consistent delivery and transparent communication.
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree in business or psychology related field required.
3+ years relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a recruitment role in a B2B services environment strongly preferred.
360 recuitment process
Prior experience in recruiting for high volume roles within a organization
Preferable to have a certification on competencies interview technique.
Experience recruiting cross-border highly preferred.
