Give support to the Account Management team, working directly with Account Managers in Credit Line Renewals, Annexes flow for special equipment and collecting, reviewing and capturing financial information from our clients in our different internal systems such as EPM and Sales force, triggering pricing processes, credit hand off, yellow belt projects. Commercial Associates are the back up for account managers and the pipeline for the commercial team.
Guarantee the renewals of client’s credit lines, through the following actions:
-Contact and lead the client so we can have their updated internal and audited financial information (credit bureau / KYC / power of attorneys, etc).
-Update the Pricing Model in Element Pricing Model (EPM) flow by capturing and sending client’s information.
-Create the renewal credit line opportunity in Sales Force (CRM), capturing the same information as in EPM.
-Coordinate a meeting between account manager and risk / pricing to review client’s information.
- Provide support to account managers analyzing potential clients.
-Actively monitor business opportunities to facilitate and streamline operation’s flow as well as the commercial relationship with each client.
-Collaborate with legal area for the preparation of contracts for clients
-Update client’s information on the Anti Money Laundering (AML) platform so legal area can carry out pertinent reviews.
