Job Description: We are looking for a Legal Intern with an interest in the health and regulatory field. The ideal candidate will assist in managing litigation, regulatory procedures, and administrative tasks, particularly in areas related to Cofepris, health regulations, and federal regulatory matters. This position offers professional growth within the company, with the possibility of continuing after the internship.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in health litigation and administrative processes.
• Follow up on procedures with Cofepris and the National Institute for Transparency (in-person visits required).
• Prepare simple legal documents and paperwork for legal procedures.
• Support in preparing presentations and administrative documents.
• Communicate with international and national clients, providing information on the status of their cases.
• Perform tasks related to federal taxpayers and Mexican regulations.
• Manage case files, invoices, and other administrative documents.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries regarding the status of litigation.
• Collaborate with the team in preparing presentations and legal documents.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in the final two years of a Law degree.
• Interest in health litigation and regulatory processes.
• Desirable experience or interest in health regulatory issues and litigation.
• Basic knowledge of Mexican health regulations and federal taxpayer regulations.
• English: C1 level required.
• Must live within a 1-hour distance from the office.
