Position: Logistics Dispatcher

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative team that values creativity and problem-solving!

What You'll Do:

● Rate & Route Wizard: Gather rates for freight movements and develop smart,
cost-effective transportation routes.
● Communication Guru: Interact with drivers, brokers, and clients through email and
phone—no two days will be the same!
● Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle challenges like traffic delays and vehicle
breakdowns with confidence and creativity.
● Client Relationship Builder: Organize paperwork, negotiate contracts, and follow up
with key clients to build strong partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

● A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Previous experience in logistics dispatch or customer service is a plus.
● Familiarity with CRM systems to keep things organized.
● Advanced English skills—be ready to chat!
● A knack for multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
