About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s passionate about B2B outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate is in the final semester of a Marketing degree, has international experience of any kind (studies, work, volunteer programs, or cultural exchanges), and can craft effective, personalized messaging for potential leads via LinkedIn mass messaging tools. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify, message, and nurture prospects, moving them strategically through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily B2B Prospecting: Identify and reach out to qualified leads on LinkedIn with personalized messaging.
2. Ongoing Lead Engagement: Follow up on active conversations and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
3. Sales Funnel Management: Move leads through the funnel according to clear, pre-established criteria.
4. KPI Tracking Support: Assist in measuring performance metrics related to lead generation and engagement.
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (last semester only)
2. Availability of 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
3. Demonstrated international experience (academic, professional, or personal)
4. Proficient in written and reading English (C1 level or above)
5. Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and B2B communication
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, or similar.
2. Basic knowledge of CRM or sales funnel platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
3. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
