Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Investment Banking team immediately. This entry-level role is ideal for last semester students, recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to launch a career in investment banking. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions across various industries, working directly with senior bankers and gaining hands-on exposure to high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth financial, industry, and market analyses.
Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models.
Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support due diligence and underwriting processes, collaborating with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
Contribute to the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions alongside senior team members.
Track market activity and help identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Participate in client meetings and calls, ensuring professional representation of the firm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, economics, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills required.
Outstanding analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in small, collaborative teams.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance is preferred (but not strictly required).
