Business Analyst Jr.

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in business analysis, enterprise software, and Consumer Goods (CPG) technology solutions.
The Business Analyst will work closely with senior Solutions Consultants, Project Managers, Development, QA, and Customer teams to support software implementations, document business requirements, analyze business processes, and assist throughout the project lifecycle.
This role offers extensive learning opportunities and exposure to Route-to-Market processe like Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distribution Management, Retail Execution, and B2B in CPG industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Support senior consultants during customer workshops, discovery sessions, and business meetings.
• Gather, document, and organize business requirements under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare process flows, functional specifications, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Support requirement clarification between customers and internal development teams.
• Participate in testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with defect tracking, issue documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Help validate system configurations against documented business requirements.
• Support POC, pilots, production go-live preparation and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Support, and Project Management.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure deliverables are updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Route-to-Market business processes and IVY product capabilities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong interest in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Enterprise Software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude and with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or academic projects related to business analysis, software implementation, or consulting.
• Basic understanding of business process mapping.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to SQL, databases, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
