Program Requirements:
Education: Currently enrolled students from the 5th to the 7th semester of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. Non-graduates; must have courses registered by May 2027
English: Intermediate (meetings with global teams)
Excel: Intermediate
Skills: Assertive communication, attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, responsibility, proactivity, organization.
Knowledge: SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Activities:
* Regional management of benefits and HR operational processes, contributing to profitability, regulatory compliance, and standardization in the Mexico and Central America and the Caribbean (CA&C) regions.


We offer:
