As a Business Technology Intern, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at Deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an Analyst.
The Business Technology Intern serves as the bridge between business and technology. Interns are expected to demonstrate critical thinking, leadership skills, and a strong foundation in problem-solving. They thrive on implementing and deploying technology solutions tailored to meet unique industry business processes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
•Graduate between winter 2025 and summer 2026
•Advanced English level
•Full-time availability 9:00 – 18:00
•Located in Guadalajara
•Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Digital Business Strategy or related areas of study.

Preferred qualifications:
•Knowledge in systems development, lifecycle, and application tools
•Technology interest, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking, and easily communicate findings
•Knowledge in programming languages like Python, SQL, or R.

El programa de internship tiene una duración de 3 meses aproximadamente, en tiempo completo; en los cuales los integrantes de este programa perciben 11,000 brutos. Sin embargo, al finalizar de este periodo tienen un ascenso y un incremento salarial a 25,000 brutos y los chicos se integrarían a uno de nuestros equipos. (en caso de que queden seleccionados)
