The Role: Position Overview
This role provides essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will be the engine behind our talent-related initiatives, managing complex logistics and ensuring a high level of professionalism across all stakeholder interactions.
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Support: Oversee interview scheduling with precision, coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate accurate background checks.
Referral Management: Track incoming employee referrals and ensure smooth communication and processing.
Process Improvement: Act as a "champion" for efficiency—analyzing workflows, soliciting feedback, and proposing solutions to enhance recruitment.
Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure an optimal experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Mentorship: Support team members through coaching and provide training for new colleagues on recruitment SOPs and systems.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in HR or Recruiting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel formulas) and ATS systems.
Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Logistics Expert: Advanced scheduling and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
Detail Oriented: A proven track record of managing multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Adaptable: Composure when handling shifting priorities and a self-motivated organizational style.

Requirements & Physical Demands
Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods (7-8 hours/day).
High proficiency in operating computer and phone systems simultaneously.
