We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse to join our school health team. The Nurse will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all school medical services, with the primary goal of minimizing loss of instructional and work time due to health issues, while promoting health education and preventive care.
This role supports the health and safety of students from Kinder through Upper School, as well as faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate care and first aid to students (Kinder–Upper School) and staff who visit the Infirmary

Implement and improve preventive health care measures to reduce risks and ensure safety

Promote health education initiatives for the school community

Maintain effective communication between the Infirmary, staff, parents, and school departments

Prepare and submit monthly reports on infirmary visits, health insurance usage, and relevant incidents

Collaborate in managing and maintaining infirmary inventory and medical supplies

Requirements

Associate’s degree in General Nursing

Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Basic computer literacy

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
