Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator and play a key role in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. In this position, you will support our Talent Acquisition Specialists by managing critical recruitment logistics and ensuring smooth coordination throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews across multiple formats—video, telephone, and in-person—coordinating candidate travel when required, and communicating all necessary information and materials to participants. You will maintain accurate documentation, manage candidate status in our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors - GRMS), and handle referral program validation and payout tracking. Additionally, you will facilitate offer letter distribution, support onboarding initiation, and oversee pre-employment checks in collaboration with external vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in HR functions. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with LATAM and North American markets is highly valued.
