We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle process, including order placement, invoicing, returns management, backorder tracking, and customer onboarding support.

Qualifications:
Experience in order processing, logistics, customer service, or a similar operational role.
Proficiency in english.
Strong communication skills (email and phone).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and working with online customer/vendor portals.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with vendor communication practices and backorder tracking.
Experience with returns/RMA procedures.
Prior use of order management or ERP systems (e.g., Torch).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
