We are seeking a Recruiter with a strategic mindset, vibrant energy, and long-term vision to join our high-performance team.
Position Objective
Identify, attract, and select top commercial talent in the market to bring on board highly qualified advisors to promote and sell premium financial products.
You will play a key role in growing our commercial team and contribute directly to positioning the firm as a leader in high-end financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet performance indicators and monthly talent acquisition targets.
Prospect and select high-potential profiles for the commercial area.
Build and maintain a strong, active professional network (strategic networking).
Conduct deep, effective interviews aligned with the organization’s values and culture.
Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Relations, or related fields.
Passion for working with people and a natural talent for building meaningful relationships.
Proactivity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Leadership, commercial vision, and consistently positive energy.
On-site position.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
What We Offer
Monthly net base salary of $25,000 MXN plus attractive monthly bonuses.
Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) above legal requirements: 20 days.
