Job Description
• Provide expert technical support for Planview PPM products, including troubleshooting,
implementation, and best practices guidance.
• Advise global clients across diverse industries on maximizing the effective use of
Planview products.
• Deliver seamless customer support through a collaborative team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• A strong passion for project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full professional fluency in
English.
• Experience with project management software such as Planview, Jira, or Microsoft
Project is desirable.
• A customer-centric approach and a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in
collaborative team settings.

Education Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or
a related field required.
• Project management certification is a plus for this position.
