📍 Position: Logistics Dispatcher
Location: Centro de Negocios Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (1 km from Metro San Joaquín / 2 blocks from Parques Polanco)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM
Salary Range: $15,000–$19,000 MXN net per month + bonuses based on KPIs + commissions on monthly sales

What You'll Do:
As a Logistics Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in the coordination of ground freight shipments—especially across the U.S.—ensuring on-time delivery and providing exceptional service to clients and drivers.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assigning and monitoring ground shipments in real time

Communicating with carriers, clients, and drivers to resolve any delivery issues

Negotiating rates and coordinating schedules for freight pickups and deliveries

Ensuring all loads are tracked, documented, and updated in our systems

Supporting the sales and operations team with key updates and logistics information

Meeting and exceeding service KPIs while maintaining client satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Negotiation and problem-solving mindset

No prior logistics experience required—experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Intermediate or higher English skills (spoken and written)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
