What You'll Be Rocking (Job description):
This Treasury Services’ role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments on behalf of TrustServe’s clients. A dedicated self-starter, this individual facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting and assists with bank user management.
• Monitor Treasury emails – respond to client communications timely
• Track wire requests throughout the payment lifecycle
• Process wire requests (prepare wire back up, confirm sufficient funds, enter wire on respective bank platform)
• Follow up with clients regarding pending items/questions
• Prepare standing orders at the time of payment (when applicable)
• Perform callbacks when needed
• Maintain positive banking relationships and assist with bank set up
• Reconcile bank activity after wires are released
• Provide month end reporting
• Communicate and assist other departments with requests as needed
• Implement solutions to strengthen operational controls or incorporate best practices
What You Need to Bring to the Stage (Qualifications Required):
• Fully Bilingual in English is a MUST (advanced pronunciation and advanced oral and written grammar skills) with superior communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of the banking industry and financial institutions
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and can communicate efficiently and clearly
• Effective planning and prioritizing
• Well organized and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Capability to take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities as well as work in a team
• In-depth experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe PDF
• Technology savvy: comfortable with browsers and learning new software or applications
• The candidate is expected to adhere to the 9:00am - 6:00pm US Eastern Time schedule to properly serve our clients during their hours of operation
