Description of the project:

This project aims to leverage global external platforms and other corporate channel to increase the visibility of our local market. The goal is to work with the CA&C team to identify and shape local stories that can be featured globally, helping amplify our presence both inside and outside the organization.
Featuring our milestones, recognitions (such as Top Employer, GES + CA&C initiatives), and people stories through these platforms is a cost-effective way to boost our external reputation, while also strengthening our internal visibility and influence. It’s a strategic opportunity to give greater impact to our local initiatives by tapping into existing global tools.

Project Key Functions:

• Support internal & external communication & Corporate Affairs projects.
• Identify, collect, and develop local stories (milestones, people, recognitions) suitable for featuring on global external platforms.
• Collaborate in the creation of content assets—writing posts, briefing design or multimedia materials, and adapting messages for different channels.
• Monitor and report on the performance and reach of featured content and campaigns.
• Research best practices and trends in external corporate communications and employer branding.
• Support event communication
• Assist in building and maintaining a content library of photos, videos, and key messages related to the local market.

Communication, Political Science, International Relations, Journalism

Skills

• Excel & English proficiency, ability to adapt messages for different audiences and platforms
• Canva
• Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of external communication channels
