HR Intern Postular

We are hiring a Human Resources Intern who will be supporting in everyday activities.

As an intern, you will be doing:
- Support internal processes related to HR, including recruitment, training, development, internal meetings, follow-up with suppliers, communication, etc.
- Assist with the execution of onboarding for new hires.
- Support and follow up on the internship program (following up on agreements – certificates, monitoring the establishment of KPIs, DNC – training).
- Support and follow up with area suppliers.
- Assist in the design and execution of the internal communication plan, including newsletters, internal and external presentations.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events (e.g., committees, training sessions, activities that impact the organization's culture), coordinating with internal and/or external suppliers for schedules, room setup, catering, etc.
- Manage necessary platforms and keep information up to date. (e.g., Spark, surveys).
- Develop agreements and/or benefits for employees.

Who you are:

Required Skills and Competencies
- Currently studying a bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, - Administration, Communication or related.
- To graduate in June 2026 or later.
- Intermediate english level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
