Corporate Legal Intern
SLLM is a specialized law firm based in Mexico City. We focus on Corporate Law, Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property, and Political Consulting. Our main goal is to support the growth and success of Family Offices, Corporate projects, and Startups.
Role Description
This is an internship role as a Legal Intern at SLLM. As a Legal Intern, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and resolving legal issues. This is an on-site position based in Lomas de Virreyes, Ciudad de México, requiring part-time availability according to your university schedule.
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge and understanding of Law.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze legal documents and conduct research.
Organizational skills and proficiency in legal tools and software.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable experience in Corporate Law.
Students in their third year of law school or higher.
Availability to work part-time.
