Your mission at Sistema.bio:
As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in the ongoing administration, optimization, and development of Salesforce and its connected applications. You’ll also provide operational support to internal teams, helping us strengthen our systems and scale our impact worldwide.
You’ll be in charge of:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products through daily administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Participating in requirements-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders and documenting business needs.
Configuring the Salesforce user interface, data model, and declarative automation tools to meet business requirements.
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups to ensure appropriate user access and data security.
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
Performing regular database maintenance, including diagnostic tests and duplicate-data cleansing.
Developing user guides and providing Salesforce training and support to internal teams.
Working in an agile, fast-paced environment to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements.
Documenting processes, configurations, and technical solutions to ensure system continuity and knowledge sharing.
More about YOU:
Certified Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform.
Fluent in English and Spanish – a must.
Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Hands-on expertise with declarative, “point-and-click” configuration, including automation tools.
Skilled in creating reports and dashboards to aggregate, analyze, and present data.
Experienced in data migration, cleansing, and manipulation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working in global, multicultural environments across multiple time zones.

We offer a hybrid work model, where you can go to the office twice a week.
The starting date is November 2025.
