General responsibilities description:
This trainee is meant to assist asset management numerical analysis related to assets performance, from budgeting, to leasing activity, to actual performance and also in some administrative functions. Having exposure to several asset managers and different stakeholders throughout different processes.
Key Activities:
• Real estate financial analyses
• Data base analyses
• Leasing / Collection / Expenditure analyses
• Asset administration
• Document processing
Qualifications:
- Education: Any financial or administrative degree
- Other: Ability to report and work with different asset managers
