Role at a Glance:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive organic and direct traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective organic strategies that improve search engine rankings and boost ROI.

Responsibilities: 

Traffic & Ranking: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase rankings, drive traffic, and improve website performance.
Keywords: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and long-tail opportunities.
Website Optimization: website content, metadata, headers, and images for search engines. Ensure content is keyword-rich, relevant, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly articles, blog posts, and landing pages.
Technical SEO: Audit and analyze website structure and performance to identify issues affecting search visibility. Link Building and Off-Page SEO. Experiment with innovative SEO tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
Industry: Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitors to ensure strategies remain effective.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and/or vertical-specific marketing.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Strong understanding of industry-specific marketing strategies and challenges.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
